Here is how you can configure the Role Module From Mappings:

By default, the system will have two mappings in Role Module From Mapping form as shown below

Default Tenant Role (This is a system generated role and cannot be modified by the users)                                                             

Kindly check in the application as referred below in Home-> Tenant Control Panel-> User Setup-> Role Module From Mapping to find the mapping for Default Tenant Role.

Default User Role (This is a system generated role and cannot be modified by the users). Kindly check in the application as referred below in Home-> Tenant Control Panel-> User Setup-> Role Module From Mapping to find the mapping for Default User Role

General Manager – (This is a user-generated role and can be modified/removed at any time)

 Below screenshots to create new mappings for the General Manager role. 

Click on the Add button as shown below

Select the role named General Manager and click on the All Modules button as shown below

After selecting the above, check the Select All button to grant all permission to the General Manager role as shown below.

Now save this Mapping to grant permission to General Manager role.
