List view page of the shipment will provide you with the summary of 

  1. Open Shipment
  2. Against Order
  3. Against Invoice and 
  4. Sale return


Sale Return:

Navigate to 

                Homepage----->Store----->Transactions---->Sale return

You can fetch details using the shipment code of the existing shipment and raise it as a sale return.
