OnCloudERP's Customer Relationship Management module is designed to meet the business opportunities from customers using LEADS and send the qualified to Quotation and make them as confirmed Sale Orders.
CRM module in OncloudERP has three key forms to work with,
Lead designates an individual who might become your customer but currently isn't.
creating a Lead record of information about a new lead is often the first step users take in the sales process.
By Navigating CRM Module from the Homepage ----->CRM---->Transactions---->Leads---->Add New to create a new Lead.
Update General Information like
Company name, Contact person name, Mobile Number,
Lead Owner, Lead Source, Lead closing Date and Lead status is mandatory while other fields can be updated if required.
SAVE the Lead form created.
Estimation form will fetch all the information from the lead.
Just by updating Item details estimation form is ready to be saved.
Once Saved make sure to update the Status of Estimation to proceed further to the next step.
Update the form to ensure the changes are saved.
Qualified Estimation can be moved to Quotation
Note: Manually added "Company" should be added as well in the master (business partner) to proceed the quotation to sale order.
By selecting Quotation you will be redirected to the quotation form
Just by updating the quotation status lead will be finalized to move to sale Order.
Only WON Quotation will be qualified for the Sale Order.
